OAKLAND ~ 15 May 2007 ~ HOVER Updates a Casual Carpool Count

HOVER founder Paul Minett got first hand experience with San Francisco's casual carpooling, back in January, and produced this little video to show what he learnt.




For those who wonder, the suggested reason for the difference between 1998 and 2007, apart from the former being counted in November and the latter in January, is that the level of activity in 1998 was impacted by the dot.com boom, and that traffic levels in the Bay Area have not yet recovered to their boom levels.
